Erica has a gift for helping her clients overcome any type of

2005, Erica has helped hundreds of satisfied individuals buy and
sell homes.
This vast experience and her marketing degree from Davenport provide
her clients with direct access to creative solutions that aid in the
process of buying or selling. Her clients can feel confident that

stressful and help them feel at ease.
A Grand Rapids native, Erica grew up in Caledonia and still lives

After working as a public accountant for 2.5 years, Ashleigh decided that it was time to make a career switch. With some persuasion from her sister Lindsay and friend Erica, she started selling real estate. Since making the switch, Ashleigh has developed a passion for her job as a real estate agent. According to Ashleigh, it’s not the houses she loves but the people. She represents both buyers and sellers and works hard to ensure that each of her client’s money is maximized.
Ashleigh graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Outside of work, Ashleigh has many passions and when she is not selling real estate, you will find her mountain biking, trail running, volunteering, cooking, or traveling.

His ability to find creative solutions and his knowledge of the local market are great tools to ensure that his clients receive maximum value. Tyler was born and raised in Grand Rapids and considers it one of the best cities in the U.S. When not working to find his clients their dream home, you can find Tyler enjoying life with his wife, playing golf, at the family lake cottage, running 5 or 10k’s, playing softball or at college football games!

Along with a B.B.A. in Marketing, Carrie worked in the housing industry for five years prior to becoming a Realtor. She greatly enjoys helping people with the sometimes daunting and always exciting home selling & buying process. As a married mother of two young children in the Forest Hills school district, Carrie greatly enjoys volunteering her time at her children’s school and extracurricular activities. When Carrie is not working full-time as a Realtor & Client Specialist for the ZVD Group, she enjoys cooking, reading, running and traveling.
